Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship our products across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders placed online can also be collected offline from our designated pick-up locations.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and dispatched within 4-6 business days.
Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method chosen at checkout. Delivery is expected between 7-8 business days after dispatch.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, transport issues) will be communicated to the customer.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.
Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotional offers.
4. Order Tracking
Customers will receive tracking details via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.
If you do not receive tracking details, please contact our support team.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If a package arrives damaged or with missing items, customers must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as per our refund policy.
