1. Overview

At Alpha Chemicals, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning products. Due to the nature of chemical products, we maintain a strict refund and return policy to ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We offer returns or replacements only under the following circumstances:

Product received is damaged during transit

Product received has leakage at the time of delivery

Wrong product delivered

Manufacturing defect (verified by our team)

To be eligible:

The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

Original invoice must be provided

Product must remain unused and in original packaging

Clear photos or videos of damage must be submitted

We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving any replacement or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used products

Products stored improperly after delivery

Products damaged due to misuse

Custom bulk orders or specially manufactured batches

Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

Refund will be processed to the original payment method

Processing time may take 7–10 business days

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part

For Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refund will be processed via bank transfer.

5. Replacement Policy

In case of eligible claims:

We may offer a replacement instead of a refund

Replacement shipment will be processed after approval

In certain cases, return pickup may be arranged

For bulk B2B orders, replacement terms may vary as per written agreement.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled:

Before dispatch, for a full refund

After dispatch, cancellation is not permitted

Custom bulk manufacturing orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

7. B2B / Distributor Orders

For distributors and bulk buyers:

Claims must be raised within 2 days of receiving goods

Quantity shortages must be reported immediately upon delivery

Claims without proper documentation may not be entertained

Credit adjustments may be provided instead of direct refunds for approved bulk claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Chemicals’ maximum liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the product purchased.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, business losses, or damages caused due to improper usage or storage after delivery.
